We facilitate and arrange this for any lawyers who have been with us for at least 3 years, and we typically arrange the exchange for a year abroad.

Our policy is to make every lawyer who works with a Member Firm a Partner within 10 years of practise, if they want to accept the role and responsibilities of being a leader in our firm. An international partnership at Olney-Fraser is one of the most sought-after partnerships in the law.
