How We Are Structured
Swiss Verein
We are currently being restructured as a Swiss Verein, which will operate as one global law firm through a network of individual lawyers and law firms who are licensed to practise in their jurisdiction throughout the world.
Member Firms
Member Firms are local law firms who are members of our global law firm. They are the entities that are compliant with local regulations for legal practitioners in their jurisdiction. We provide legal services through our Member Firms.
Partners
Partners of Olney-Fraser are typically the partners of our Member Firms. In addition, some individual legal practitioners are also Partners. All Partners are members of our Verein.
Olney-Fraser operates with a global mindset, integrating teams of lawyers who specialize in specific regions or areas of law. Our structure is purposefully designed to ensure efficient coordination and seamless client service across jurisdictions.

FOUNDER
DARREN OLNEY-FRASER
International Lawyer
Our founder, Darren Olney-Fraser, is an experienced international lawyer who works closely with other lawyers in the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Over his legal career, he has worked for the biggest international law firms in the world including Baker McKenzie, Andersen Legal and the top-tier Australian/UK law firm Blake Dawson Waldron that is now part of Ashurst.
Darren is a tech-savvy entrepreneurial lawyer who has successfully grown and managed his own law firm and public companies over the course of a long and distinguished legal career. His interest in AI comes from his open embrace of the best tech solutions available, and his enthusiasm for how AI can change the way the legal practise is conducted into the next generation.
Darren is admitted to practise as a Barrister & Solicitor in Australia (since 1990), and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the United Kingdom (since 2022).
